Our Founder, Enkelejda Kumaraku Shelburne received the Global Light Award, at the MEDIAlliance event held on October 24 in Dallas, Texas.

In his letter, the president of MEDIAlliance Dr. Ron Harris wrote to Enkelejda, “Based on the directive from Jesus in Matthew 5:16, you have taken His Word and made it your mission. You glorify our Lord through your amazing ministry heart.” Receiving this Award from Dr. Ron Harris, a veteran in Christian Media is humbling. His mentorship has meant a lot for our organization and Enkelejda herself.

On October 26 as we shared this news with our audience on our many media platforms, our e-mails, phones, and social media flooded with messages of appreciation and gratitude from listeners from all over the world. Over 1000 messages not only congratulated Enkelejda for a well-deserved Award but also shared how much our work has meant for them and their families and communities. We learned of more stories of lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. As we read these heart-warming messages, we thank the Lord for the many ways He has multiplied the little mustard seeds that were planted through our ministry in the last 22 years.

We thank God for Enkelejda’s vision, humbleness, persistence, and hard work in leading our organization.

In a moment, when Media 7 is launching several new radio stations and TV channels in other European countries, this Award means a great deal to us not so much as a recognition of what we have done so far, but as a responsibility to continue shining His light wherever in the world He sends us, so our Father in Heaven is glorified.
