Les Lanser is the President of the Board of Media 7 Balkans International. Les owns two Christian radio stations in Holland, Michigan. He loves God and people and enjoys spending his life sharing Christ with a broken world.
Les grew up on a farm in the state of Iowa. At the age of 23 he moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife and 3 children. Now he is blessed to have seven children, 22 grand children and 29 great grandchildren.
Les came alongside the staff of Media 7 in Albania in 2004 and helped the station financially in a very difficult moment. Since then the friendship grew and for over 15 years Les has been a mentor to Albanian Christian Media leaders instilling in them the same passion for God and His people.Les Lanser

Enkelejda Kumaraku Shelburne has been a producer for Albanian Public Radio and later a Program Director for Radio Iliria, the first Christian radio station in Albania.
In February of 2001 Enkelejda answered God’s call to begin Media 7 that today is the biggest Christian Media Organization in Albanian language operating in the countries of Albania and Kosovo and broadcasting in the Balkan countries of Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia and Greece.In 2017 Media 7 launched the first Christian TV station in Albanian language in the country of Kosovo and later on in Albania and other Balkan countries.
Beside Radio and Television Media 7 humanitarian Arm serves daily to widows, orphans, marginalized and abandoned people sharing the love of Christ in Action. Through skill training, small business start-up funds, food and medical outreaches thousands of people have seen faith in action.
Enkelejda has a Master degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and believes strongly in Servant Leadership.

Lila Shelburne is an accomplished Life Coach delighting in coaching and mentoring Christian individuals to reach their God given potential in their private and professional lives. She provides solution-focused coaching sessions for those looking to discover a reason to get out of bed, gain self-esteem, and discover their unique abilities. She motivates people to focus on becoming the “ONE” God intends in your home, work and ministry. Lila loves to share her passion for God with people in Albania and Kosovo and help this first generation church be who God has intended them to be. Marta Greenman is founder of Words of Grace & Truth ministries. She has seen first hand the need for Christ in Albania and the Balkan region, and knowing the media is the fastest and most powerful way to communicate the gospel to this dark but receptive people group. Two of Marta’s Bible studies are translated in Albanian language. Through the years Marta has trained hundreds of Women Ministry Leaders from different regions and denominations in Albania and Kosovo.Marta Greenman
