For most of his life, Adnan believed faith was nothing more than deception.

Raised in Communist Albania—the world’s first officially atheist state—he grew up convinced that God did not exist. Religion, in his mind, was for the weak and uneducated. As a science teacher, Adnan trusted logic, evidence, and human reasoning above all else. He spent years teaching students to question everything and believed that science had already disproved the need for God. He openly argued against believers and rejected every form of faith he encountered.

Then something unexpected happened.

One day, Adnan discovered that his daughter had been watching Christian teaching videos on YouTube. Concerned and determined to “protect” her from what he believed was dangerous ideology, he began watching the programs himself. His goal was simple: find mistakes, expose contradictions, and prove that Christianity made no logical sense.

But instead of confusion, he found wisdom.

What began as an investigation slowly became a search for truth.

For more than a year, Adnan has faithfully listened to biblical teachers like Dr. Charles Stanley, Dr. David Jeremiah, Dr. Michael Youssef, Dr. Baruch Korman, and Dr. Erwin Lutzer. After every message, he researched deeply, looking for arguments against the Gospel. Yet again and again, he found himself challenged—not by empty religion, but by the truth and depth of God’s Word.

Today, the man who once fought against faith is now asking for Christian books so he can continue learning about Jesus Christ.
